The 100% Van Dijck philosophy also applies to our team. The organisation is headed by directors Peter van Dijck and Luc Willemssen. More than 100 enthusiastic staff members are in permanent employment. Their tasks range from (financial) administration, HR and organisation, invoicing, quality assurance and certification, planning, logistics, driving tractors and trailers to crop supervision and various other areas of specialism.
During the harvesting season, we recruit seasonal labour. They are tasked with planting and harvesting activities. A regular group of staff is present in the processing halls during the harvesting season to take care of cooling chain logistics, order picking and packing the vegetables.
